11/10.03.2021: In this petition, the petitioner has prayed for a direction upon the respondent authorities to take immediate steps on the complaint of the petitioner and lodge an FIR against the illegalities committed against the petitioner.
Since the petitioner has approached this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India without availing the alternative remedy, available to him, and also in view of the judgment passe by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the case of Sakiri Vasu Vs. State of Uttar Pradesh and Others, reported in (2008) 2 SCC 409, I am not inclined to entertain this petition.
Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
