Heard learned counsel for the parties through

V.C.

2. The instant writ application has been preferred

by the petitioners praying therein for a direction upon the

respondent-authorities to appoint the petitioners to the

post of Chowkidar w.e.f. 01.01.1990 as the petitioner No.1

has been working as Abji Chowkidar in Niyamatchak, P.S.

Thakurgangti and petitioner no.2 is working in

Maldumeria, Niyamat Chak within the district of Godda.

3. Mr. Manindra Kr. Sinha, learned counsel for the

petitioners fairly submits that several matters have been

disposed of in connection with appointment of Chowkidar

and a Public Interest Litigation (P.I.L) was also filed and the

same was disposed of. As such, he seeks liberty to file a

fresh representation; so that their cases can be considered

as per the policy decision of the Government and in the

light of the judgment passed by this Court.

4. Learned counsel for the respondent-State does

not raised any serious objection.

5. In view of the limited submission of the learned

counsel for the parties, without going into merit of the case;

the instant writ application, is hereby, disposed of by giving

liberty to the petitioners to file fresh representation(s)

before the respondent No.2 along with all necessary

documents and the judgments passed by this Court within

a period of 10 weeks. If any such representation(s) is/are

filed the same shall be disposed of by the respondent No.2

in accordance with law, rule, regulation and policy decision

of the Government within a period of 04 months from the

date of receipt of such representation(s).

6. With the aforesaid observation, the instant writ

application stands disposed of.
