03/05.03.2021 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner(s). The lawyer has no objection with regard to the proceeding, which has been held through video conferencing today at 11.00 A.M. He has no complaint in respect to the audio and video clarity and quality.
The findings of the court below in respect of Issue No.6 was set aside and the matter is remitted for preparing a preliminary decree in terms of the judgement passed by the Court taking into considering the suit property which was already there, after determining the share each of the parties.
In view of the prayer made in the instant petition, this Court feels that petitioner wants to review paragraph no.24 of the judgment. Thus, C.M.P is not maintainable.
Accordingly, the instant petition stands dismissed as not maintainable. Petitioners are at liberty to file a review application.
