08 / 03.03.2021 Mr. Pradeep Kumar Deomani, learned counsel for the appellant, submits that defect no. 4 is curable by the learned Commercial Court, Ranchi as there is an error in the address portion of the appellant in the impugned judgement and decree which does not correspond to the address given in the plaint. Appellant has preferred I.A. No. 5489/2020 for sending the impugned judgment and decree to the learned Commercial Court, Ranchi for correction.

Accordingly, let the impugned judgment and decree be sent to the concerned Court for correction in the address part of the appellant. Upon making such correction, impugned judgment and decree be sent back to this Court within two weeks from its receipt. I.A. No. 5489/2020 stands disposed of.

Let the matter be listed after three weeks.
