Learned counsel for the State Ms. Vandana Singh submits that the State has also preferred an appeal against the same judgment being L.P.A. No.06/2021. She submits that the present appeal may be heard along with L.P.A. No.06/2021. She further submits that the present matter may be adjourned for one week so that she can take steps for getting L.P.A. No.06/2021 tagged along with this case.
