Heard, learned counsel for the appellants, Mr. Arvind Kumar Lall. Learned counsel for the appellants has submitted that the claimants have preferred this appeal for enhancement of award dated 23.05.2017 passed by learned District Judge-IV-cum-M.A.C.T.-IV, Giridih in M.V. Claim Case No. 42/1990, whereby the claimants namely, Krishna Singh and Girja Devi have been awarded compensation to the tune of Rs. 3,22,400/- with interest @ 9% per annum from the date of restoration i.e. 31.03.2016 till realization.

Learned counsel for the appellants has submitted that the deceased Mahendra Singh died at the age of 22 years in an accident on 30.04.1990. The learned Tribunal has considered the income of the deceased to be Rs. 1500/- per month and under the heading of conventional head, less amount has been paid by the learned Tribunal, as such, notice may be issued to the United India Insurance Company Limited, as Issue No. VI with regard to coverage of Insurance Policy of the offending vehicle has been decided in favour of owner of the offending vehicle.

Under the aforesaid circumstances, appellants are directed to serve two copies of memo of appeal along with impugned judgment and limitation petition upon learned counsel, Mr. G.C. Jha, who normally appears on behalf of M/s United India Insurance Company Limited by tomorrow.
