02/28.06.2021 Learned counsel for the appellant undertakes to remove the defect nos.2 to 8 within a week. Regarding defect no.1 he submits that the decree has not yet been prepared. He also submits that I.A. No.2728/2021 seeking stay of the ex-parte judgment of divorce may be taken up at the earliest.

Learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Ranchi is directed to prepare the decree in respect of the impugned judgment within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Let this order be communicated forthwith to the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Ranchi.

For removal of the defect no.1 relating to decree, three weeks' time is allowed to learned counsel for the appellant. Office to place the file for inspection and removal of defect within the same time on requisition being made.

If other defects are removed, matter be listed in the next week.
