Heard, learned counsel for the appellants. Learned counsel for the appellants has prayed for four weeks time to remove the defects.
It appears that defect nos.1 and 6 to 8 as pointed out vide Stamp Reporting dated 17.06.2015 have not been removed.
Defect nos.1 and 6 to 8 are as follows:-
Defect no.1- Certified copy of judgment of trial court court below with A/F of Rs.10/- may be filed.
Defect no.6- A/F of Rs.15/- is missing in C.C. of decree u/a. Defect no.7- A/F of Rs.10/- is missing at C.C. of judgment of appellate court below.
Defect no.8- DCF of Rs.10/- is missing at the Vakalatnama. It appears that vide order dated 24.04.2018, two weeks' time was granted to remove the defects subject to payment of Rs.1,000/- to be deposited in favour of Secretary/President, Advocate Clerk Association, Jharkhand High Court, Ranchi, but neither defects were removed nor payment of Rs.1,000/- has been made to the said Association.
Considering the same, four weeks time is granted to the appellants to remove the defects and to comply the order dated 24.04.2018, failing which, the instant Second Appeal stands dismissed without further reference to a Bench.
