order dated 24.03.2021 have been removed.

2. However, it appears from the office note that further defects have been pointed out, as per S.R. dated 18.06.2021. Appellant is allowed three weeks' time to remove the remaining surviving defects, as under: i. Age of the appellant may be mentioned at page 1. ii. Statement of date of decree may be corrected as date of signing decree at page 1, aggrieved and prayer portion.

iii. Welfare stamp of Rs. 15/- only is wanting upon affidavit. iv. Date of judgment may be corrected at aggrieved portion. v. Provision of rule may be mentioned in the provision of law in the certificate. vi. Father's name of Respondent may be corrected.

3. Office to place the file for inspection and removal of defects, on requisition being made, within the same time.
