11/26.07.2021: Learned counsel for the petitioners prays that these two case are covered as per the Judgment passed in W.P. (S) No. 6023 of 2018 and also order passed by the Hon'ble Patna High Court in C.W.J.C. No. 17904 of 2016 and analogous cases.

Mr. Sreenu Garapati, SC III submits that Judgment passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in W.P. (C) No. 6023 of 2018 which is heavily relied by the petitioner has been challenged before the Division Bench in letters patent appeal being LPA No. 141 of 2021.

Considering the said submission, let these two case be listed after disposal of L.P.A No. 141 of 2021.

Parties are at liberty to mention this case after disposal of said LPA.
