06/ 26.07.2021 Heard Mr. Sudhanshu Shekhar Choudhary, learned counsel for the
petitioner, Mr. Krishna Murari, learned counsel for the JEPC and Mr. Binit Chandra learned
counsel for the State.
It is specific contention of Mr. Choudhary that the services of the petitioner
has been taken away without adhering to the principle of natural justice.
Learned counsel places heavy reliance on the judgment of this Court at
Annexures-7, 8 and 9 and submits that in case of similarly situated persons, this Court was
pleased to quash the impugned order and a direction was given to reinstate the petitioners in
service.
Since, counter affidavit has not been filed. The respondents-State as well as
JEPC are directed to file counter affidavit within a period of four weeks.
