Heard, learned counsel for the parties. It appears from the office note dated 19.07.2021 that defect no. 1 as pointed out vide further S.R. dated 22.07.2019 with regard to filing of C.C. of judgment dated 06.08.2018 with A.F. of Rs. 10/- has not been removed.

Further, it appears that I.A. No. 2253/2020 has been filed under Order XLI Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure to waive from the filing of certified copy of Judgment dated 06.08.2018 passed by learned Tribunal on the ground that certified copy of the judgment dated 06.08.2018 has already been filed in M.A. No. 325 of 2019.

Office note further reveals that I.A. No. 6101/2020 has been filed for condonation of delay of 139 days in preferring the present miscellaneous appeal.

Office is directed to list this case after four weeks along with I.A. No. 2253/2020 and I.A. No. 6101/2020.
