Learned counsel, Mr. Amit Kumar Sinha, appearing on behalf of the appellant has prayed for four weeks' time to remove defect nos. (1) to (8) as well as to deposit deficit court fee of Rs. 230/- as pointed out vide S.R. dated 23.03.2020. Defect Nos. 1 to 8 are as follows:-
(1) C.C. of judgment of trial court may be filed with A.F. of Rs. 10/-.
(2) Name, parentage and detail address with P.O. + P.S. of both parties are missing in C.C. of award. It may be sent to court below for necessary correction.
(3) Address portion of Hon'ble Chief Justice may corrected at page no. 2.
(4) Word 'first' may be amended at certificate. (5) Prayer for stay may be deleted at prayer portion. (6) Place at court may be given at aggrieved and prayer portion. (7) Pagination may be given at index at Sr. No. 2 & 3. (8) Claim Value may be corrected at page no. 2.
So far defect no. 2 is concerned, office is directed to send the c.c. of Award to the court below for necessary correction, so as to obtain the same within a period of four weeks.
So far other defects are concerned, four weeks' time is granted to learned counsel for the appellant to remove the defects and also to deposit the deficit court fee.
