It appears that defect nos. 6 to 9 as pointed out vide Stamp Reporting dated 29.03.2019 have not been removed apart from the deficit court fee of Rs.1134/-.
Defect nos. 6 to 9 are as follows:-
Defect no.6- Synopsis may be filed. Defect no.7- C.C. of decree u/a is handwritten. True typed copy may be filed.
Defect no.8- A.f of Rs.10/- is short each on c.c. of judgment of trial court and appellate court.
Defect no.9-A.f of Rs.15/- is short on c.c. of decree u/a. Learned counsel for the appellants has prayed for four weeks time to remove the defects and for filing of deficit court fee.
Considering the same, 30 days' time after physical court starts is granted to the appellants to deposit the deficit court fee as well as to remove the defects.
