This writ petition has been heard through Video Conferencing in view of the guidelines of the High Court taking into account the situation arising due to COVID-19 pandemic.

Mr. Akashdeep, learned counsel for the respondent-Jharkhand State Agriculture Marketing Board submits that subject matters of this writ petition is being considered by the Division Bench of this Court in L.P.A. No.762 of 2019 and L.P.A. No.767 of 2019. He submits that judgment of L.P.As. will govern fate of this case.

The matter is adjourned sine die.

The parties are at liberty to mention this matter after disposal of the aforesaid L.P.As.

Office may also place the matter after disposal of those L.P.As.
