Nobody appeared on behalf of the appellants. The appeal has been preferred by the State of Bihar (now Jharkhand) against the judgment dated 17.06.2003 and decree signed on 02.07.2003 passed by learned 3rd Additional District Judge, Bokaro in Title Appeal No. 53/96 affirming the judgment dated 21.09.1996 and decree dated 28.09.1996 passed by learned 1st Additional Munisf, Chas, Bokaro in T.S. No. 119/1990.
Since nobody appeared on behalf of appellants and respondents before this Court and the appeal has not been admitted, though instant appeal is of the year 2004 and the appeal stood rejected against respondent no. 1 namely, Nandlal Mahto and respondent no. 7 namely, Ajit Singh Choudhary on 25.04.2006 due to non-compliance of order dated 18.04.2006.
Under the aforesaid circumstances, office is directed to inform office of the learned Advocate General as this appeal has been preferred by State and nobody appeared on behalf of the State.
Put up this case after two weeks.
