I.A. No. 11492 of 2018 08/ 07.01.2021 In view of outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic, case has been taken up through Video Conferencing. Concerned lawyers have no objection with regard to the proceeding, which has been held through Video Conferencing today at 10:30 A.M. onwards. They have no complaint in respect to the audio and video clarity and quality.
This interlocutory application has been filed for exemption of the appellant from filing certified copy of judgment/award with regard to defect No.1.
Mr. Ram Chander Sahu, learned counsel for the petitioner very fairly submits that certified copy of the judgment /award dated 07.01.2014 has been annexed with F.A. No.121/2014 as the said case is also arising out of the same impugned order. He further submits that this case may also be tagged with the aforesaid case i.e. FA. No.121/2014.
Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to such prayer.
In view of the submission of the parties, I.A. No11492 of 2018 stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to remove the defect No.1, within a period of four weeks' after physical court starts functioning.
F.A. No. 120 of 2014
As prayed, put up this case along with F.A. No. 121 of 2014 as and when physical court starts functioning.
