Heard Mr. Sudhansu Kr. Deo, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Azeemuddin, learned A.P.P. for the State.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected in B.A. No.2703 of 2020.

It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that all the witnesses have been examined.

In view of the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner which stands rejected once again with a direction to the learned trial court to conclude the trial and deliver the judgment as expeditiously as possible considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 19.09.2017.
