14/21.12.2021 Learned counsel for the opposite party no. 5 states by referring to the show-cause dated 7th August, 2021 in Cont. Case (Civil) No. 722 of 2016 that the petitioner and others were reinstated in service pursuant to the order under offence. He has referred to Annexure-A Series to the show-cause bearing Memo no. 1332 dated 21st December, 2020 and Memo No. 4227 dated 24th December, 2020 as also Bokaro District Order no. 15 of 2020 bearing Memo no. 32 dated 4th January, 2021, specifically concerning the petitioners, Deonis Beck, Parshuram

Kumar Yadav and Jitendra Uraon. Annexure-D is the representation of the petitioner, Deonis Beck stating that he had joined on 31st December, 2020. This was during pendency of Civil Appeal Nos. 429-430 of 2021. This fact has also been taken note of at Para-9 of the judgment dated 18th February, 2021 of the Apex Court. As such, order under offence has been complied with. It is submitted by learned counsel for the State Mr. Ashok Kumar Yadav, G.A-I that the case of the petitioner in Cont. Case (Civil) No. 726 of 2016 and 744 of 2016 is also covered in the show cause filed in Cont. Case (Civil) No. 722 of 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that order has been complied with but after much delay.

Be that as it may, in view of the show-cause filed and the fact that petitioners have been reinstated in service during pendency of Civil Appeal Nos. 429-430 of 2021 by judgment dated 18th February, 2021, these contempt petitions are disposed of. Pending I.As. are closed.
