11/13.12.2021 Learned counsel for the appellant submits that by way of a supplementary affidavit filed today, the appellant has brought on record the judgment of acquittal dated 31st July 2019 passed by the court of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamshedpur in G.R. Case No.2646 of 2013 whereby the appellant has been acquitted of the charges under Sections 498A, 406 of the I.P.C. and Sections 3/ 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the respondent seeks time to obtain instructions.

Matter should appear after two weeks.
