Civil Judge (Junior Division)-II,Munsif, Koderma is directed to inform this Court about the latest status of Title Suit No. 49 of 2006 which is pending before the said court after remand, on the limited issue vide the judgment dated 22.05.2015 passed in Title Appeal No. 06 of 2012. Be it noted that there is no stay operating against the Judgment of the First Appellate Court.
