3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case is squarely covered by the judgment passed in the case being Cr. M.P. No. 173 of 2007 and other analogous cases. He submits that the director of the company M/s Taurian Iron and Steel Co. Pvt. Ltd. Shri Sumit Bajla had filed Cr. M. P. No. 1593 of 2007 which has been quashed vide Annexure-1.

4. Learned counsel for the State prays for time to examine the aforesaid aspect of the matter.
