Order No.05 Dated- 10.12.2021 Heard the parties through video conferencing. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will file a supplementary affidavit annexing therewith the copy of the judgment of acquittal passed by the trial court in this case.

List this case after filing the supplementary affidavit. It is made clear that if the supplementary affidavit is not filed within two weeks from the date of this order then this Cr.M.P shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Bench.
