06 / 10.12.2021 Show-cause has been filed on 06.12.2021 by the State counsel stating that on account of a decision rendered by the Apex Court on similar issue and that of this court in the case of Prashant Kumar Mishra, the Directorate of Higher and Technical Education, Government of Jharkhand has asked the Registrar of the concerned Universities to furnish details not only of the petitioners after completion of verification and scrutiny of service records, but also all others whose cases are covered under the decision of the Apex Court. The decision of the Apex Court and that of this Court in the case of Prashant Kumar Mishra has however not been enclosed. Learned counsel for the State undertakes to bring these judgments on record before the next date. It appears that there has been no challenge by the State to the judgement under offence passed in the writ petition W.P (S) No. 3697/2002.
