06 / 02.12.2021. Mr. Rajesh Jha, learned counsel appearing on the instruction of Mr. Manish Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in compliance of the order dated 03.07.2018 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, counter- affidavit could not be filed.
Mr. Shresth Gautam, learned counsel appearing for the Resp.-SAIL has prayed for one week's time to file counter-affidavit in this case. He has further submitted that he is relying upon the judgment passed by the Apex Court in Civil Appeal No.5720 of 2021 [Karnataka Rural Infrastructure Development Limited vs. T.P. Nataraja & Ors.] with Civil Appeal No.5721 of 2021 [Karnataka Rural Infrastructure Development Limited & Anr. vs. M. C. Subramaniam Reddy.]
