2/01.12.2021 Sole appellant stands convicted for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code by the impugned judgment dated 16.08.2021, passed in Session Trial No. 249/2017 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Garhwa, and has been sentenced to undergo imprisonment for life with fine of Rs. 25,000/- and default sentence vide impugned order of sentence dated 17.08.2021.

Learned A.P.P. shall enquire about the status of investigation against any other accused persons, since it appears from the impugned judgment that the present appellant has been convicted with the aid of Section 34 of the Indian Penal code. Learned A.P.P. would enquire as to the status whether other accused persons have been charge sheeted, if so, what is the status of their trial? Let an affidavit to that effect be filed within a period of four weeks.
