04/07.04.2021 This appeal by the sole appellant is directed against the impugned judgment dated 20.11.2019 rendered in Sessions Trial No. 451 of 2015 by the Court of learned District & Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Hazaribag, whereby appellant has been convicted for the offence under Section 304B of I.P.C and has been sentenced to undergo Rigorous Imprisonment for life, vide impugned order of sentence dated 25.11.2019.
Heard learned counsel for the parties on the prayer for condonation of delay of 393 days in preferring the instant memo of appeal made through I.A. No. 1448 of 2021.
For the reasons given therein and on consideration of submission of learned counsel for the parties, delay is condoned. The instant I.A. stands disposed of.
