04/05.04.2021. Heard Mr. Manish Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Vishwanath Roy, learned A.P.P. appearing for the opposite party-State.

This criminal miscellaneous petition has been heard through Video Conferencing in view of the guidelines of the High Court taking into account the situation arising due to COVID-19 pandemic. None of the parties have complained about any technical snag of audio-video and with their consent this matter has been heard.

Status report has been received, whereby, it has been informed that vide judgment dated 08.05.2013, accused namely Ranjit Kumar Singh was acquitted and other accused namely Satwant Minha, Jogendra Singh, Saheb Singh and Kirpal Singh were convicted. In that view of the matter, this matter has become infructuous.

Accordingly, this petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
