Learned counsel for the appellant has prayed for 30 days' time after the physical court starts to remove the defect nos. 1 to 13 as pointed out vide Stamp reporting dated 25.06.2020.

Defect Nos.1 to 13 as follows:-

1. Name, Parentage and details of address with P.O. + P.S. of both parties and name of Ld. P.O. are missing in C.C. of impugned order. It may be sent to the court below for necessary correction.

2. Limitation petition may be filed.

3. Cause title may be corrected at page no.1 at index and page no.1 of the memo.

4. Some words are handwritten at page no.4,7. True typed copy may be filed.

5. Word 'sign' is missing at last para at the affidavit.

6. Sign, Enrollment no. with date of Ld. Counsel is missing at the certificate.

7. Annexure no. may be given at index of page no.15 to 18.

8. Annexure no.1 may be made certified to be true.

9. page no.15 to 19 are faint / handwritten. True typed copy may be filed.

10. pagination may be corrected after page no.16 onwards.

11. A.F. of Rs.15/- is short on C.C. of impugned order.

12. Name of one of Ld. Counsels is missing at Vakalatnama.

13. Seriatum of facts may be corrected at page no.10. It appears that defect no. 1 relates to correction by the court below as Name, Parentage and details of address with P.O. + P.S. of both parties

and name of Ld. P.O. are missing in C.C. of impugned order. As such, office is directed to send the certified copy of impugned judgment to the court below for necessary correction so as to obtain the same within a period of four weeks.

Put up this case after the removal of defects.
