02. On perusal of record, it appears that the compensation has been paid for the structures and the compensation for the land has not been paid, though process has been made.

04. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that since the final award has been passed during the pendency of this petition, petitioners reserve their right to lay a motion for amendment of the petition.
