01. The petitioners have not produced any credible proof with
regard to their age. Leaned counsel for the petitioners has submitted
that the petitioners are illiterate and they do not have any document
in support of their age.
02. In view of the above, the age of the petitioners is required
to be ascertained by a duly constituted Medical Board.
03. Accordingly, Principal, Govt. Medical College (GMC),
Jammu, is requested to constitute a Board of Doctors for
ascertaining the age of the petitioners. Having regard to the urgency
involved in the matter, the needful shall be done within a period of
one week from today.
04. The petitioners shall appear before the Medical Board as
and when the same is constituted.
05. List on 27.02.2026.
06. A copy of this order be sent to the Principal, Govt.
Medical College (GMC), Jammu for information and necessary
action. The petitioners are also at liberty to furnish a copy of this
order dasti to the Principal, Govt. Medical College (GMC), Jammu.
