1. Learned counsel for the petitioners has drawn attention of this Court to
the order passed by this Court dated 19.06.2025, in the earlier round of
litigation, which was by way of filing of the writ petition, registered as
WP(C) No. 1578/2025, in which, writ petition was disposed of vide
order dated 17.06.2025, with a direction to treat the petition as a
representation and proceed to settle the issue of donation of land by the
petitioner for the construction of sub-centre at Thanole, and to get title
documents settled in accordance with law.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in spite of the
categorical direction passed by this Court mentioned supra, the
respondents have not decided the said representation and instead they
are proceeding to start the construction of the said sub-centre at new
place, which according to learned counsel for the petitioner is in
violation of the order passed by this Court.

3. After arguing for a while, the only prayer made by learned counsel for
the petitioners in the instant petition is that he would feel satisfied in
case the instant petition is treated as representation and be accorded
consideration strictly under rules and as per law and also in light of the
order passed by this Court mentioned supra, to which, Ms. Priyanka
Bhat, learned counsel appearing vice Mrs. Monika Kohli, learned Sr.
AAG, and Ms. Saliqa Sheikh, learned counsel appearing vice Mr.
Raman Sharma, learned AAG, who have caused appearance on behalf
of the respondents, are not averse to the disposal of the instant petition
at the very threshold.
4. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the instant petition
is taken up for disposal at the very threshold by directing respondent
Nos. 2 and 3 to treat the instant petition as a representation and accord
consideration in light of the averments pleaded in the writ petition,
within a period of four weeks' from the date a copy of this order along
with the writ petition and annexures are made available to the said
respondents, strictly under rules and as per law.
5. It is further made clear that the order of consideration, which is likely
to be passed, be forwarded to the learned counsel for the petitioners
through registered post.
6. The writ petition is disposed of in the manner indicated hereinabove.
