01. There was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on the last date of hearing. While granting an adjournment on that date, it was made clear that no further adjournment would be granted, and the matter was accordingly posted for 25.09.2025. The case has been listed today, however, there is again no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

02. Learned counsel for the contesting respondents submits that the case had earlier been dismissed in default on two occasions and was subsequently restored. Be that as it may, the matter is adjourned once again in the interest of justice, awaiting appearance on behalf of the petitioner. The interim direction granted vide order dated 06.05.2010 is, however, vacated.
