The matter stands already restored/re-admitted to its original number

vide order dated 25.02.2021. MA No.147/2017 has not been listed as a clubbed

matter with the instant appeal as per the afore-dated previous order.

Registry is directed to do the needful so that both the matters reportedly

arising out of the same judgment are listed together as per the order of this Court.

Since, the Bar, has intimated that the lawyers are abstaining from

work on today as a mark of respect for Advocate Sh. Ramesh Arora, former

Senior Additional Advocate General, who has left for his heavenly abode on

yesterday, as such, the matter is adjourned.
