By this application, the petitioners seek impleadment of new incumbents, whose particulars are given in paragraph No.2 of the application.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the new incumbents, namely, Shantmanu, Naseem Javed Choudhary and Kamal Kishore Badyal, whose particulars are mentioned in paragraph No.2 of the application are impleaded as respondents in the contempt petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioners to file fresh memo of parties. Ms. Jagmeet Kour, assisting counsel to Mr. Raman Sharma, AAG waives notice on behalf of the newly impleaded respondents. She seeks and is granted four weeks' time for filing compliance report/statement of facts strictly in conformity with judgment dated 15.12.2021.
