ORDER
04-06-2025 Vide order and judgment dated 25.11.2024, a Coordinate Bench of this Court had allowed the appeal (LPA No. 211/2024) preferred by the petitioners. Consequently, order of termination of the petitioners was set aside and they were directed to be reinstated in service forthwith along with all consequential benefits.
For despite the said order and judgment, the petitioners were not reinstated thus this petition.
On 13.05.2025, notice was issued to the respondents and they were required to furnish specific affidavit as to why the order and judgment referred to above has not been complied with and the reasons therefor.
Today, Mr. Vishal Sharma, learned DSGI, has furnished an affidavit dated 03.06.2025, and submits that, an SLP against the judgment dated 25.11.2024, has been filed, which has also been assigned Diary No. 31147 of 2025. He prays for a short accommodation.
