                                  JUDGMENT

1. The issues involved in these writ petitions are akin to each other and

hence, they were heard together and are being disposed of by this common

order.

2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that

the petitioners in all these petitions are interested only in conducting of

elections by the official respondents for the post of Lambardar of their

respective villages within a stipulated period and the petitions be disposed of

accordingly.

WP(C) No. 549/2023 a/w connected matters.

3. Having regard to the precise submission made by the learned

counsel for the petitioners, all these petitions are disposed of with a direction to

the official respondents to conduct the elections for the post of Lambardar of

the respective villages of the petitioners within a period three months from the

date of receipt of copy of this order. Needless to say that the official

respondents shall release the arrears of remuneration/salary in favour of the

petitioners, if any due.
