We are informed that the respondent-Shama Bakshi has since been

convicted and sentences in a criminal case FIR No. 18/2008 vide order and

judgment dated January 30, 2015 (State vs. Shama Bakshi) passed by the Special

Judge Anti-Corruption Jammu. But an appeal against the said order and judgment

is pending. Adjourned to October 16, 2025.
