CM No. 4766/2025:

This is an application seeking release of amount of Rs. 5.00 lacs which is stated to be deposited with the Registry of this Court pursuant to interim direction passed by this Court on 08th July 2022. It is being submitted that the appeal filed by the appellants stands already allowed in terms of judgment dated 30.05.2025 whereby the appellants have been granted unconditional leave to defend the suit.

In view of the above, the amount deposited by the appellants with the Registry of this Court is directed to be released in favour of the appellants after their proper identification. Interest, if any that may have accrued on the deposited amount, shall also be released in their favour.
