Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the judgment/order dated 28.07.2017 passed in SWP No. 1867/2017 has been duly complied with and necessary communication Nos. AHJ/N/S/2024/1029-10293 dated 15.02.2024, AHJ/N/S/2024/81-87 dated 22.04.2024, were issued by Principal, Government Medical College and Associated Hospitals, Jammu, to the petitioner, for submissions of all relevant documents for verification purpose, but the petitioner has not responded. Copy of the communications referred to above is taken on record.

On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that she has no instructions from the petitioner and she is not in contact with her.

In view of the compliance reported by the respondents nothing survives for consideration in this contempt petition.

Accordingly, the contempt proceedings are closed. Notice, if any, issued to the respondents is vacated.
