judgment and decree dated 16.01.2024.

Since, the appeal has not been filed within a period of limitation, therefore,

application for condonation of delay has been filed, which is to be considered

and decided.

Issue notice to the non-applicants/respondents in the application seeking

condonation of delay bearing CM No. 5962/2024, returnable within four

weeks. Requisites for service within one week.
