01. The proceedings in the contempt petition, i.e., CPSW No. 245/2017
have been closed in terms of order dated 29.01.2024 by holding as under:
"Having heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material on
record, I am of the view that the judgment passed by this Court dated 04.06.2012
has been complied with though notionally, as such, there is no occasion to
proceed with these contempt proceedings.
The proceedings in this contempt petition are, therefore, closed. It is, however, left open to the petitioner to work out his remedy against Govt. Order dated 27.01.2024 to the extent he is aggrieved, in accordance with law."
02. In view of the above, the proceedings in this Robkar also stand closed.
