14.02.2024 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner as sell as respondent No.2 that the order was to be complied with by respondent No.1 and there is no direction so far as respondent No.2 is concerned in the petition.
Judgment dated 24.10.2013 is yet to be complied with. Respondent No.1 has till date failed to comply with order of this Court, thus, prima facie, he has committed contempt of this Court. He shall remain present on the next date of hearing. However, in case order of this Court is complied with by the next date of hearing, respondent No.1 need not appear.
