21.02.2024 In terms of order dated 15.05.2023, two weeks' last and final opportunity was granted to respondents to implement the judgement in letter and spirit and file compliance report, failing which officer concerned was directed to remain present in the Court.

Today, when the matter has come up for consideration, neither compliance report nor officer concerned has appeared in person, which makes it clear that the respondents are willfully disobeying the order passed by this Court.

In the interest of justice, one more opportunity of two weeks' is granted to respondents to implement the judgment passed by this Court and file compliance report indicating therein that the judgement has been complied with in letter and spirit, failing which respondent no.3 shall remain present in person before this Court on the next date of hearing.
