1. Issue notice to the respondents.

2. Mr. Sheikh Altaf Hussain, Advocate, who is on Caveat, accepts notice on

behalf of the respondents. He has already filed reply to the petition. Caveat

stands discharged.

3. After hearing learned counsels for the parties, this Court feels that merits of

the arguments urged by the learned counsels for the parties can be better

appreciated if the record of the trial court is perused. Accordingly, the

Registry is directed to send for scanned record of the trial court i.e. the court

of Munsiff, Reasi.

4. List on 03.11.2023 with liberty to make a mention.

5. In the meanwhile, till next date of hearing, the trial court shall not pass the

final judgment in the suit.
