Commissioner/Secretary to Government, Health and Medical Education is out

of station, the matter is reluctantly adjourned. We, however, make it clear that

in case the judgment of the Writ Court is not complied with in letter and spirit

by the next date of hearing, the appeal shall be considered on merits.
