26.05.2023 In terms of order dated 19.04.2023, Mr. Allau-ud-Din Ganaie, AAG, was directed to file fresh compliance report strictly in consonance with the judgment dated 30.11.2018 as well as taking into consideration the communication No. KPDCL/Legal/1637-40/LS dated 06.05.2020.

Today, when the matter has come up for consideration, neither Mr. Allau-ud-Din, AAG, has appared nor has compliance report been filed.

Mr. Rayees-ud-Din Ganaie, Dy. AG, appearing vice Mr. Allau-ud-Din Ganaie, AAG, prays for and is granted one more opportunity of one week in the interest of justice to file compliance report in terms of order dated 19.04.2023, failing which concerned respondent shall remain present in person.
