Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he wants to

respond to the statement of facts/compliance report, which has been

filed by the respondents, with a view to apprise the Court whether the

case of the petitioner has been cleared by the 2nd Committee vide

report dated 8th May 2010 and, accordingly, in his case, the re-

verification was not required to be done, as envisaged in the aforesaid

order/judgment which is sought to be complied with in the present

contempt petition.

Let the response to the statement of facts be filed by the learned

counsel for the petitioner with an advance copy to the learned counsel

for the respondents.
