                        ORDER

The compliance report dated 21.10.2021 submitted by the respondents

was considered by this Court and not accepted as is apparent from reading of

order dated 11.11.2021 passed by this Court. The compliance report dated

21.10.2021 submitted by the respondents was rejected by this Court holding that

Government Order No.919-Edu of 2018 dated 16.11.2018 will not affect the

selection of the petitioner, which was made in the year 2011.

In view of the rejection of the compliance report filed by the

respondents, a direction was issued to the respondents to comply with the

judgment of the Division Bench and finalize the selection process. Mr. Vishal

Bharti, learned Dy. AG, who was then representing the respondents, was granted

two weeks time to seek clear instructions as to the time frame within which the

respondents proposed to finalize process as directed. More than three months

have passed. Neither the judgment passed by this Court has been complied with

nor the time frame in terms of order dated 11.11.2021 has been submitted to this

Court.

Mr. Suraj Singh, learned Government Advocate appearing for the

respondents prays for and is granted last and final opportunity of four weeks to

comply with the judgment in letter and spirit and proceed to finalize the

selection process in the light of the enquiry report dated 08.05.2018 obtained

pursuant to the directions of the Director School Education, Jammu. It is

pertinent to point out that the report dated 08.05.2018 is clear and explicit and

holds the petitioner resident of village Amwara Tehsil Majalta. It is made clear

that in case the judgment is not complied with, the Director School Education,

Jammu, shall appear in person on the next date of hearing.

List on 27.03.2023.
