                                 ORDER

The petitioner has complained of the violation of judgment and

order dated 31.08.2017 passed in SWP No. 2916/2015. Vide this order,

the writ petition was disposed of with a direction to the respondents to re-

instate the petitioner and award him all the consequential benefits within a

period of one month from the date a copy of the order was made available.

The respondents, thereafter, preferred an LPA against order dated

31.08.2017, which was dismissed vide order dated 03.05.2018. An SLP

against the same was preferred by the respondents. This SLP bearing

Diary No. 30263 of 2018 titled "State of J&K Vs. Mohd. Iqbal" is still

pending adjudication.

Let the status of LPA be filed by the next date.
